Registration

A non-refundable registration fee of $50 per student is required at registration with early registration of $25 per student available from April 1 through  May 31.  From June 1 all registrations are $50 per student. 

For Beginner Band tuition is $100 per semester per student for the first two students, the third and fourth students are $75 per student with a family maximum of $350 per semester. 

For all advanced bands (Clinic, Concert and Wind Ensemble) tuition is $125 per semester per student for the first two students, the third and fourth students are $100 per student with a family maximum of $450 per semester. 

The optional Chamber Ensemble tuition is an additional $25 per student, per semester.  Students must participate in band in order to be eligible for Chamber Ensemble.  There is no multiple student discount for Chamber Ensembles.

Tuition is due on the first day of class each semester.  Families with tuition of $250 or more per semester may pay tuition in two installments; half of the tuition due on the first day of class and the remainder due on the second Tuesday in September for the fall and the second Tuesday of February for the spring. Please let the Administrative Director know if you plan to use this option.  

If you have any questions or comments about tuition payments, please contact the Treasurer.  Families, who do not make payment and also fail to make other arrangements with the Treasurer, jeopardize their continued participation in the band.
